Background information on Faith

Faith Carter, who lives in Cape Town, South Africa, is a fine art photographer specialising predominantly in colourful and vibrant macro floral images. These are both realistic as well as being extremely unusual abstract photographs. Faith’s images are available for commercial use.

Poetry is a special element Faith weaves around her photographic creations. The incorporation of Faith’s written words combined with the unspoken power of her images is thought provoking and will engage readers to dip deeper for more, especially with the “LOVE ODYSSEY” and “TIMELESSS TANK FLOTATION” selections.

Her poetry encompasses a wide range of subjects, incorporating world peace, as well as spiritual, general poetry and nursery rhymes. Book publication is invited for selections of poetry combined with specific photographs.

Over the years she has had numerous solo exhibitions in Cape Town, South Africa, at venues/events such as the Convention Centre, the Waterfront Spring Flower Show and Clock Tower area, as well as the Irma Stern Museum, Kirstenbosch Botanical Flower Gardens and the Artscape Theatre. She has also exhibited in Porjus, Sweden. In addition, her photographic images have been featured on assortments of stationery throughout South Africa.
